Delivery Policy for Farichri Smart Homes
- Introduction At Farichri Smart Homes, we understand that receiving your order quickly is important to you. That’s why we have partnered with The Courier Guy, a leading South African courier service, to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your products.
- Delivery areas We currently deliver to all major cities and towns within South Africa. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
- Shipping fees Shipping fees for our South African customers are fixed at R150 for all orders, regardless of size and weight. This fee will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
- Delivery time We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days by The Courier Guy.
- Tracking your order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from The Courier Guy which you can use to track your order.
- Signature upon delivery All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, The Courier Guy will leave a notice with instructions for how to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up.
